Great Find In Oceanside

We were starving after attending a funeral in Oceanside & I had spotted a mariscos restaurant on the corner of Oceanside Blvd. & Camelot on the way in. No atmosphere whatsoever, but the menu looked good (& it was a Health Dept 'A!')

Total bill was $14.45. This is what we had:

1. Fresh, hot non-greasy, flakey tortilla chip basket with great hand-made salsa.
2. Lobster burrito & 1 Fish taco Plate with beans & rice. The burrito was big & filled with lobster - nothing else except a little sauteed onions & green pepper - all lobster - totally delicious. Chunk after chunk of lobster on a super-fresh flour tortilla - very exciting! The fish taco was fresh in a light crispy batter, hot & very very good too. No crema, but a squirt of lime juice & some salsa was all it needed.
3. Another fish taco - just as good as the other one.
4. An Ice Tea

Everything else on the menu sounded great, too. Boy, did we get lucky stumbling upon this - can't wait to have another excuse (hopefully no deaths this time) to head down to Oceanside or stop on the way to San Diego.

Don't have their exact address, but about 1 1/2 miles inland from the #5 on Oceanside Blvd. On your right on the corner of Camelot & OB. Again, go for the seafood, not the ambience! They also serve breakfast all day.
