Stopped in Zozo today, the sandwich shop on the corner of Orchard and Stanton. Their avocado ice cream ($3.25), made by the chef's wife, is very good, nice texture, flavor and not too sweet. And their homemade mini donuts are wonderful, made fresh on the spot. Plain and sugar-cinnamon were both spot-on, especially at the price, 4/$1.00. My friend had a steak sandwich that he said was merely average, but his batter-fried greenbeans were a delicious fry alternative, not at all greasy. It's a good place to chill on a sunny day, with the open back, and you can poach the occasional stray wi-fi signal. The service is good, and the manager is very friendly.
