Two Great Dishes at Pearl Oyster Bar

Fate and luck conspired to send me to POB twice in the last week. I loved the usual Caesar salad and pan-fried grouper sandwich, but I also LOVED the roasted scallops (served only at dinner) with roasted red potatoes and asparagus, and a superb apple pie (with some dried cherries) with a wedge of vanilla ice cream. The crust is impeccable, the apples tart and crisp -- I can't wait for blueberry season.
