We had a truly marvelous dinner at Hartsdale Garden the other night: Delicious Chicken; and Pea Greens with straw mushrooms, gingko nuts, and lily bulb. We ordered the vegetable dish because we'd never tried either gingko nuts or lily bulb -- both rather nice, as it turned out. The chicken is rubbed with garlic, onion, and chili; and then baked. The skin is crispy and marvelous; the meat is mildly seasoned and juicy. A real winner.
