Great delivery and takeout -- Laughing Monk Cafe

I've written about this place before in the context of omakase, which was amazing, but we've gotten take-out a few times now during the pandemic after they reopened, focusing more on the Thai side of the menu, and it's REALLY good. The curries have great depth of flavor (even when we specified 0 spice as we have a toddler, it's still incredibly flavorful, albeit does have some basic level of spice even at 0), the noodles have that taste of wok fire (wok hei), the vegetables in the dishes are well-cooked and NOT overcooked (nicely crunchy as appropriate), and the flavors are balanced. They either do delivery themselves or with a smaller delivery service, and I've been impressed by their thoughtful packaging (curries are airtight sealed) and service (have been either on-time or early, though we've ordered on the earlier side given the toddler mentioned above). They also don't charge an arm and a leg for delivery (though we've certainly tipped generously during these tough times), though the delivery radius is not huge; they deliver to us in Cambridge!

It's entering our regular rotation and I really hope they make it, because it is a real gem. Give it a try! I think you have to order from their website.
