Wednesday night, dinner for four, looking for Cantonese standards none of us have had in years (bean curd with oyster sauce, ong choy with fu yee, clams in black bean sauce?, crabs?, fried whole fish? etc.)--I did manage to do a little bit of research on the board, but was wondering what the current consensus seems to be on Congee/Congee Village, Cantoon Garden, or any other places I haven't thought of. Don't think any of the places we used to go to are still around. Thanks, 'hounds, for any help.
