Hilltop Restaurant off of I-26, St. Andrews Blvd exit.
On the buffet - fried chicken, fried chicken or beef liver, fried pork chops, fried hand-cut boloney (sometimes), collards, mac and cheese (homemade with a crust of cheese on top) fried fatback, fried fish, broiled fish, baked chicken, kraut and kielbasa (sometimes), the best green beans I have ever eaten in a restaurant, squash, okra and tomatoes, sweet potator casserole, butterbeans, fried okra, deep fried turkey, oven fries, the usual taco fixin's, baked potatoes, home made rolls, peach cobbler...
Dessert selection isn't the best but I rarely make it to desserts when eating there. They also have a good salad bar but I always bypass it.
Hilltop is the best buffet I have come across in a long time. The stuff doesn't taste canned, and their ads claim all is home made.
