On the Masterclass Episodes Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood give their technical challenge recipes. Both Mary and Paul use a term I'm not familiar with when they talk about the oven temperature. Both add what sounds like the word "fan" to the oven temp, as in "bake at 180 fan". I know the 180 means celsius, but what does fan mean?
