Apparently this little joint has been open for 6 months but it's a "blink and you'll miss it" type of place on Main St. in Wakefield (Greenwood across from Mobil station). I had an egg white omelette with swiss, bacon and spinach. It was perfectly cooked and chock full of goodness - the spinach was nicely sauteed prior to being added and the bacon was cooked well also. Comes with a hash brown type potato that was very good and I had toasted scali bread. Because it looked so good, the four of us split their "famous stuffed french toast" - a few slices of french toast set up like a sandwich with bananas sauteed with cinnamon and sugar in between. In short, it was absolute heaven and I'm already planning my trip back.
They also have an extensive lunch menu that I look forward to trying.
The only downside to this place is that b/c it is so small, when the door opens the whole restaurant seems to drop a few degrees. However, it is definitely worth the occasional chill. :)
