Great American Pizza: Coal Oven Pizzas & Link To Best Website

Yesterday on the S. F. board I noted ten places in the eastern U. S. which have operating coal ovens. Further I went into detail about both Pepe's and Sally's Apizza in New Haven. Below is a link to the pizza therapy website which has an incredible amount of information along with photos of many of the best pizzarias in America.
Following are the ten coal oven pizzarias that I am aware of. Does anyone know of any others that still operate? NOT WOOD BURNING OVENS but coal ovens where the coal burns IN THE OVEN with the pizza. Any opinions on which of these or any others are the best? But, one favor, if you are going to say that someplace is better than Pepe's or Sally's that is fine, but you must have been to Pepe's or Sally's to make the comparison. Thanks.

Pepe's, New Haven, CT
Sally's Apizza, New Haven, CT
The Spot, New Haven, CT
Patsy Grimaldi's, Brooklyn
Patsy's, Harlem, NY
John's, New York
Lombardy's, New York
Toccanelli's, Philadelphia
Pizzaria Regina, North End, Boston (only this location)
Totonno's, Coney Island, NY
