We're visiting New York next month and have the following restaurants planned:
Babbo (loved Lupa on our last visit)
Jean-Georges (prix fixe lunch)
Pearl Oyster Bar (longing for a good lobster roll)
Papaya King (tried Mike's Papaya last time and really enjoyed it)
I'd appreciate any dish recommendations, servers to request, gripes, dishes to stay away from and any subsitute suggestions.
This comes right on the heels of a dinner at the French Laundry in April, so we're looking to see what NY has to offer.
