Gravy suggestions - Pork tenderloin stuffed with sausage?

The title probably says it all, but I should mention that I am planning to use either a medium Andouille or Italian sweet without fennel. I haven't quite decided yet. Every recipe I have found suggests prunes (not too interested in this) or using a canned cream of XXX soup, sometimes mixed with dried onion soup mix (scary, and definitely not interested). Any suggestions for a great homemade gravy that would go with this?
