Gratin Dishes and Sides...How to Plate?

For New Years Eve, I decided to serve individual seafood gratin.

I'll also have a salad, french bread, and maybe some other small bites on the side to supplement the meal.

How do I plate this? Do I have the gratin dish on a plate, and then a salad plate on the side for people to place everything else?
