Anyone have a supplier? I spoke with Thousand Hills and they said they don't sell it(they do sell beef liver which has always been pretty bad, super ammonia taste).
I love my pho and make quite a bit of it at home. I'm able to score grass fed marrow bones but have no luck with the other good parts locally.
There is a farm in California that sells everything but it would cost a ton of money to get it here. Might have to just pony up for over $200 dollars worth and they offer free shipping.
