Hello all and thank you for sharing the information on these pages.
I am going out to Tokyo to see what all the Michelinstar-fuzz is about.
Will spend 5 days to try and eat at typical Japanese star-restaurants and non-star restaurants. Plus – as a calibration – Atelier de Joel Robuchon.
These are my choices so far: Sushi Mizutani, Genyadana HAMADAYA ,Nabura Roppongi, Tateru Yoshino, Sukiyabashi Jiro L'Atelier de Robuchon.
To the people in the know: Does this make sense?
