Hi... So I want to ferment my own pickles. Grape leaves help to keep the pickles crunchy. I have seen youtube videos of people just picking it fresh from their gardens etc, but I live near DTLA, aint no gardens in my backyard. Does anyone have any idea where one may find this? Or travel to get? I have also heard Oak Leaves, Cherry leaves can help perform this function, but still have no idea where to get these either.
