Grandma's 90th birthday is coming up and she has a TINY appetite but loves desserts so want to find some good options for her. I know previously there had been dessert tasting menus at Atelier Crenn, Michael Mina, COI, which would have been perfect but it seems no more. Any suggestions would be much appreciated - let's get creative :) Planning for a group of 20, looking for decent ambiance but not breaking the bank. It's always tough striking a balance to please the older, Chinese folks palettes but also giving them something new and noteworthy to try.
Possibilities include afternoon tea and then dinner? Alternatively open to bakery suggestions for cakes, petit fours, etc to supplement dinner. Asian palette, so prefer things to be not too sweet.
Thank you for your help and suggestions!
