I dunno if this improvement has been carried over to other locations, but the Grand Mart at 7 Corners (the one with the nice parking lot tilted at just the right angle, and with potholes strategically placed, so handicapped folks like me haven't a chance of walking even 20 feet to the door without falling on our faces) has moved its carts to a corral in the parking lot.
Hurray! No more "please, mister, can you bring a cart over to me?", no more locked front rails that just say to me "you customers will steal anything not locked down," real access at last!
By the way, I was surprised to spend an hour discovering what's there (aisle-length freezer full of frozen dumplings) and what's NOT there (where can I get Szechuan Preserved Vegetable?)
