This used to be our go-to for great steaks, ambiance, consistent quality. Then I went there a month ago with friends, and while my filet mignon was perfect, the striploins were so-so. Our sauces came in a tiny white ramekin with the sides inelegantly lumped on each plate. No attempt at plating, garnish, wow factor .. I felt as if I was being served cafeteria food but being charged restaurant prices for a lacklustre experience.
Hopefully this was a one-off. Lots of great restaurants in Cayman, if not!
