Gramery Tavern Gingerbread Question...

Hi All,

After previous posts, I am planning to make the above Gingerbread this weekend as a dessert for Saturday night (with a whiskey butterscotch sauce, what do you think?)...

I note from a post below that a 9" springform pan will work, which is great, but I also saw mentioned a problem with this cake being really sticky - if I use a 9" springform will baking parchment help with the stickiness and should I grease that as well?

Also, would it be better to make the cake the day before, in the morning of when I plan to serve or won't it matter?

Appreciate any advice...
