I am planning my daughter's graduation party. We raise pastured Berkshire pigs, so are planning on a whole roasted hog, which honestly, we've never done before! I would love some ideas/tips about sides for a large crowd that are still delicious and somewhat elegant. I would love it to be late spring/early summer seasonal fare.
We have ample home grown strawberries and eggs, and probably peas and greens like kale and chard, which I would love to incorporate, if possible.
Thanks for any suggestions for sides or even how to season the pork.
