Graduation Party Menu and Quantities

sandyinmd | Jun 24, 201704:55 PM     16

Hi Everyone,

I am planning my daughter's graduation party menu. Right now it looks like there will be about 30 people with a few extra kids that don't eat much.
Here is the menu so far:

Buffalo Wings
Meat balls
Sandwich tray or lunchmeat and rolls
Bacon wrapped Lil Smokies
Cole Slaw
Pasta Salad
Veggies and dip
Fruit salad?
Cake or cupcakes
Cookies
Cold drinks

There are some wing lovers that will be there but with the other mains I don't know how many to get. I would rather have a bit too much than too little. The party is from 3pm to 6pm. I'm treating it as dinner. I can't grill there.

Any additions or subtractions to the menu? The venue is a beautiful horse farm but will be setting up tables in the 3 car garage (light and airy) since it is cool and we can control the flies and barn cats. We will have canopies and tables in the grass outside the barn. Sat, July 8.

Any input is appreciated. Thank you so much!
