Graduation dinner rec

I'm coming out for a Henderson high school graduation and am certain we'll eat out. Typically they select a buffet, but I'd like to offer up a moderate price memorable moment if at all possible. Any thoughts in particular? I'm not trendy, but would love a celebrity spot if food matches anticipation. I may be shooting too high all around, but appreciate your thoughts. I could also go total no-name but Fabulously delicious food. Anywhere is fine- I'll have car. Graduation at Orleans arena. Thanks!
