Gourmet Sausage Downtown?

I'm trying to find out if there is a source for decent German or Italian-style sausage meats downtown. I mean to buy, not a restaurant. Right now I'm particularly looking right now for blood sausage, such as English blood pudding, German blutwurst, or even Mexican morcilla. I couldn't find any morcilla at the Grand central Mkt last week. Any ideas?
