My wife and I had lunch at Gourmet Dumpling House in chinatown last sunday.
The XLB was outstanding, although I noticed it was fewer than the taiwan restaurant XLB order. I ordered the Taiwan style sausage (that's what is said in the menu) and I do not know whether they made a mistake because what was delivered to our table was fried pork intestines, i enjoyed it so I did not bother questioning it. But, is this the Taiwan Style sausage supposed to be? I noticed a lot of diners were having noodle soups, have you tried their noodlesoups and which one do u recommend?
