Every year for Christmas Eve we've been making ravioli - not MAKING it, but boiling and saucing it. With sage butter, yum.
But the gorgonzola walnut ravioli in question went out of production last year. I've been looking around to find something else special that has a toothsome cheese/nut combo, with no luck so far. Anybody know a pasta source for me?
Vegetarian for this meal.
