We are dining in Portland Saturday night with a couple who appreciate fine red wine and have traditional (read relatively unadventuresome) taste in food. We have a nice bottle of 1992 Bordeaux and a nice bottle of 1992 Barolo in the cellar, and would like to bring them to dinner. Although we don't want to be robbed, the amount of the corkage fee is no particular object. It's our turn to treat, and we'd like to go someplace nice. Recommendations, anyone?
