I need a really good, thick wiener

Go ahead, get the 12-year-old boy jokes out of the way. Can't blame you. I'll wait.

Now then...where can I find some really tasty, high-quality, bodaciously-fat wieners in or around Seattle? Not bratwurst, not Polish sausage...plain old-fashioned wieners. Not the skinny kind you usually see at the grocery store, but the nice, thick ones, maybe ~1.25 inch diameter. All-beef is good, but not mandatory. I think what I'm picturing is skinless, but I'll compromise on that, too.

I've tried a few local hotdog restaurants and trucks and carts, and a few gourmet dogs from high-end grocers, but nothing has quite done it for me. I keep thinking about a local hot dog place we used to go to when I was a kid, long ago and far away. Maybe that's a standard made impossibly high by misty, nostalgic memory, but there's got to be something closer than what I've found.
