Hoy Todd is an omeletty Thai thing with seafood and rice powder that is fried up crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Done right, it's really good. I can't seem to find it in LA, though. However, I've only been looking at menus on-line, however, so maybe places call it something else. It's common enough street food in Thailand, seems to me it should be common here too. I often visit the Sapp/Ganda/Jitlada corridor, but do not know who carries it. Can anybody help? Khap khun krap!
