Good Tasting "Lite" Foods

Okay, so I am trying to be more conscious of what I eat now. I never buy the lite version of anything, because I have convinced myself that it just tastes bad. So, does anyone have any suggestions of products where the light (lite, low fat, no fat) versions are actually decent?
