Good Sushi in the Twin Cities

My_Annoying_Opinions | Aug 15, 201408:00 PM     44

Is there such a thing? I look at the websites of the restaurants that get on Top 10 lists and such and see more rolls listed than types of nigiri. Reviews in major publications lead with pictures of rolls. Are there restaurants that offer interesting fish that aren't listed on their websites? Any places that could compare with even second tier places in Los Angeles or New York? What kind of interesting stuff is there on the omakase at places like Origami or Masu or Fuji-Ya?
