Good Spanish Food in Cary, NC

Tasca Brava located at 2422 SW Cary Parkway, Cary NC has very good Spanish food. We had Sopa de Ajo, Chorizo on a roll, Pisto & Chorizo Wrap, Paella Valencia, Crema Catalana, Canela Flower and Cappuccino and Café Latte tonight. The garlic soup (Sopa de Ajo) is a garlicy broth with vegetables and a poaced egg. I have had it twice and it has been excellent both times. The paella was packed with seafood and chicken. Another winner. The creme brúlee (Crema Catalana) had a delicate orange flavor and a properly torched layer of sugar topping it. This is a relativly new family run place. The father and daughter work the dining room and the mother runs the kitchen. Visit their web page and believe the descriptions. A large number of menu items are marked as vegitarian.
