I would like to take my wife out for a very nice dinner to celebrate her 40th birthday. We normally don't care whether restaurants allow smoking or not, but I would like to experience a smoke-free restaurant, in hopes that we won't have to get our clothing dry-cleaned the next day. I checked out the "Smoke Free DC" website--I recognized but a few of the restaurant names. I'm considering Johnny's Half Shell, but that doesn't seem "special" enough for the occasion. Any advice?
