Good Salvadoran breakfast at Pueblo Viejo, East Boston

I wandered up Bennington trying to pick a breakfast restaurant and this seemed like a decent choice. I couldn't tell it from outside, but it was fairly popular at that hour (a central american restaurant closer to Central Square advertising a $1 morning menu was getting even more foot traffic). I had the Desayuno al Estilo Pueblo Viejo, which had tender mildly seasoned flap meat served with the eggs on top, blended salvadoran beans, huge amount of mild crema, fried plantain, two thick gorditas, and rice. All in all fresh, satisfying, and tasty, just don't expect a huge breakfast menu. I still have a preference for El Charrito in Chelsea and the Somerville Montecristo also hits the spot a lot closer to me, but I will definitely be back. BTW, since some past failed health inspections pop up in a google search I will note that the kitchen itself was clean and nothing stood out to me (its dim and the decor is certainly old) with one exception that they served curtido in a large container instead of pre-proportioned in servings which the health department would certainly prefer (salsas were pre-proportioned) but it came directly out of the fridge and to the table.
