good ribs

if you ever find yourself in the eustis area, DO NOT deprive yourself of the opportunity to have some of the best ribs ever.
i went with some friends to a place called "T-Bonez", a nice little sports pub and resteraunt, with steaks and prime rib on the menu,,,but what they do the best (in my opinion) is the ribs. you can order the baby back ribs several different ways with at least 6 different types of BBQ sauce ,,,or do like i did, order the baby back ribs with no sauce ,,and they bring you 6 different types of sauce and you do it your self.
they bring you 2 racks ,each rack a foot and a half long with french fries or baked potato.
this time i decided to try the "hand rubbed ribs"...they brought me a mountain of ribs, cooked to absolute perfection. the meat falling of the bone. one of the best places ive ever eaten, and not that it makes any difference to THIS chowhound, but it all was under $20.00 including a 20% tip, and i must say the waitress was worth the 20% , every bit of it.
