I'm on a low-carb diet for specific health reasons. I've run out of ideas for breakfast and brown-bag lunches that adhere pretty strictly (no sugar, no flour, rice, some fruits, etc.).
Can you give me some recipe ideas? I'm not a fan of those "low carb cookbooks" - I like to tweak recipes or make things that are naturally low carb (like chinese food - without the cornstarch, of course - mediterranean food, etc.).
.or link me to a good resource? (I did the search on this site, but didn't come up with too much of what i was looking for)
