Good Profiteroles in Dallas

Jeff R | Nov 22, 2003 12:20 PM

Does anyone have a good place in Dallas for profiteroles? I went to Italy several years ago and they made them as a light flaky crust ball (golf ball size) filled with vanilla cream center, they piled them up and poured chocolate sauce over them. DELICIOUS.

Went to Maggiano's and they had ice cream, but that's not what I am looking for.

Thanks for the suggestions.
