There's this little restaurant that I like in Hong Kong city mall, which has really good pho dac biet (combination beef noodles) and spring rolls.
Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the place, even though I've been there twice... but it's really easy to find. as you come in through the main entrance of the Mall, it's immediately to the left of the Supermarket.
The pho differs from some others I've had, in that the broth is pretty clean and light (though no less intense). And they give a lot of greens: it's literally a jungle-on-a-plate. The spring rolls taste fresh, with warm slices of pork and cool shrimp, and they have a very good tasting sauce which isn't too sweet, unlike others.
The restaurant is packed full of vietnamese customers. Always a good sign for an ethnic restaurant.
