What's a good pan for roasting veggies or potatoes in the oven?

VFish | Jul 7, 202011:43 AM     74

I have used a jelly roll pan quarter sheet lined with foil and have used a 26 cm saute pan, which may have left some salt marks because I seasoned the vegetables and the pan went in cold. I want something a little deeper than the jelly roll pans, easier to toss things around. I was thinking a hotel pan of sorts but I'm looking at 400-450 F for the roasting so I don't know if it would get bent out of shape. I'd rather not bring out the 13"x16" roasting pan but would like to figure out something convenient to use. Now I have corning ware up the wazoo, but am leaning toward a SS for this task.

My thought was getting to a restaurant supply house and taking a look around for a shape I want. My main question is can hotel pans take the high heat?
