So if it's so good, why don't I use the name? Because the name is Good One. Thanks first to TonyC for confirming this new opening, which I believe he describes as a Tianjin style breakfast restaurant. The menu is only in Chinese, and the cumulative English language capabilities of the staff is low, though sufficient to get through a meal. Featured items are noodles and dumplings. Chicken dumplings, made with white meat, were particularly good. Most dumplings are 10 for $5.49, or $12 for 50 frozen. Restaurant is in Valley Square, in the space previously occupied for many years by Pho An Lac, and then more recently Rainbow Noodle. Street address is 1281 E. Valley Blvd., and they open at 8 am.
