A few good, offbeat, choices for Rutland VT

I know that there aren't a lot of Chowhounds from Rutland or passing through Rutland but here are three good lunch alternatives to the same old sit down lunch.

Ana's Empanadas, 54 Stongs Ave-- meat and vegetarian empanadas, little "pies" stuffed with delicious meat and cheese mixtures or veggies, only $3.00 each or 4 for $10.00. I think they are on the mountain at Killington as well.

Izapas Burritos: Across from the WalMart Plaza downtown. Very good burritos from an old creemee stand, open all year but nowhere to sit in the winter.

JIa Indian Restaurant: Actually a gas station on the corner of West & Cramton (old Route 4 heading to West Rutland). Surprisingly good Indian food.

None of these places are sit down restaurants, but they are all reasonably priced and different from the same old burger, sandwich or pizza for lunch.
