Here's Good Neighborhood Thai

Has anybody tried Thai Thai Restaurant on Elston south of Irving Park? I've had a couple of very enjoyable meals there recently and would like to share it with the rest of you (no, I'm not buying). The place is small, plain and spotlessly clean, including the restroom. The young owner/host is pleasant and accomodating. In two meals, my friends and I ordered the usual stuff--spring rolls, satay, pad thai, garlic chicken, and found them all delicious. Everything is quite fresh tasting and not greasy. Flavors are clear and assertive, but the owner will inquire about your heat tolerance level when you order something spicy. It's BYOB, and prices are very reasonable. I don't recall anything on the menu exceeding $7.50. If you're in the area, chow down--I'd be interested to know what you think.
