Good Mexican/Spanish food in Williamstown

Just a quick report on dinner last night at Coyote Flaco on route 7 just south of Williamstown. Nice menu and specials and a lovely atmosphere inside, and the mojito was the best I've ever had. The food was very nicely presented and delicious. We shared the nachos to start, which were 4 large tortilla chips topped with a choice of meat (we had the pork--yummy!), with grilled jalapeno peppers and a wonderful cheese, with guacamole and sour cream on the side (plus their salsa). Definitely an up-scale version and very good. I had chicken enchiladas and my fiance had a beef burrito, both delicious and not full of the usual rice and beans. The meats were wonderfully flavorful. We shared the flan for dessert, which was served with strawberry sauce and a bit of fruit salad--again, quite good. There was a bit of miscommunication in the kitchen and they accidentally threw away our leftovers, but the owner had the kitchen make us a half order of each main course to take home--very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend the place.
