Another very good meal at Mojito

Mary Ayres | Dec 10, 200210:46 PM

This time I took a friend so I could try a second dish. Food from all over Latin America. Had to have their shredded beef which I think is great. Comes with really good black beans, white rice and fried plantains. Very good sized portion for around $12.

This time we also had their barbequed chicken - you got what seemed like a whole half a chicken, very tasty, also with the same sides plus yucca. That dish was a little less than $11.

Small place, odd location - where Lake City Way turns into Roosevelt - but only accessible southbound and be careful not to get on the freeway.

When they first opened I was afraid they might not make it in such an odd location (it used to be Happy Go Latte) but they seem to be doing well. Saw somewhere they are opening an additional Take Out place in Lynnwood. Hip Hip Hooray.
