Good and Inventive Dim Sum Found in Mississauga

Hi All,

There's a small Chinatown plaza on Dundas just west of Dixie on the south side. In the main courtyard is a restaurant that has a shop next door selling bbq by the pound - duck, pork, etc...

The restaurant is huge and I am sorry I don't recall the name. (I hope someone knows and posts it) If you drive into the parking lot it is at the SE section of this outdoor mall. You can't miss it.

I was surprised at the selection of Dim Sum available at excellent prices. Some things I have never had like sticky rice wrapped in a steamed bun, and sliced bbq duck - also shrimp balls like those huge crab claw balls but with taro surrounding it. Sort of like if you took one of those feathery taro dumplings and stuck a big tiger shrimp in one end like a handle. The food tasted great and my 3 dishes came to $10 which was more than I could finish.

It was nice to try some new things and the service was excellent - the place immaculate. Including the bathroom.

Definitely seek it out if you are in the area!
