Good Ice Cream and Smoothie Financial District at last

Friend and I took our once our weekly lunch time walk down Milk Street to the waterfront. She works at IP and I'm on State. We discovered a new Emack and Bolio's right across from the Aquarium Parking Garage (same side of the Greenway as the Aquarium).
Nice place. I had a smoothie which ended up being my lunch and she had a hot fudge sundae which she loved.
Whatever you think about Emack and Bolio's compared to Toscanini's or JP Licks, let's be thanful it's not a ColdStone Creamery which is dumbing down ice cream for the masses.
Botton line, a good, clean new place for decent ice cream and excellent smoothies. Same building as Sel De La Terre (a place I've yet to enjoy a meal I've had there) and Legal Sea Food but opposite side of the building. It only takes 5 minutes to get there for most us working in the financial district. They have no signs yet so keep your eyes open. Worth the walk.
Oh yeah...Why can't Sel De La Terre be better, It should be?
