For anybody who needs a good Homemade Mexican Chorizo recipe

lacoet55 | Feb 4, 201810:15 PM

Hi,
I’m always coming here asking for advise on all kinds of cooking themes.
This time for a change I’d like to share what I consider to be the best recipe to make Mexican chorizo at home. I’ve lost count of how many other recipes I tried before I found this one from Rick Bayles. I was born and lived in Mexico until my late 30s so believe me it doesn’t get any more yummy and authentic than this..
Below is the link, I buy boneless Country Style Pork Ribs and grind the meat leaving just a bit of the fat, and the only addition to the ingredients I do is a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit more heat. Enjoy!
