Really Good Food in Bethlehem, PA

EatnRun | May 19, 2005 06:56 PM

I recently found two very good restaurants in Bethlehem, PA. One is the Olive Branch(not Olive Garden), a Middle Eastern place where we had the most incredibly delicious lamb and chicken Shwarma. The pita was warm and the sauce was delicate and balanced. Their baba ghannouj was creamy and smokey. They are at 355 Broad Street.

We also had a really excellent Korean meal at KimChee Xpress. Although the name is off-putting, the food is all made on the premises and is very authentic. We had the Bul Go Gee that was served with about seven side dishes: Korean relishes, seaweed with mung beans, squash tempora, rice cakes...all very subtle. It's worth a trip, really.
