good family restaurant in Park Slope

Zak | Jul 27, 2005 08:23 AM

I am looking for a nice restaurant to take my family this weekend in the Slope. Since there will be 7 of us in attendance, I'd like something that isn't too expensive. But Also would like something not too loud... nice ambiance.

My sister is recommending Aunt Suzies, but all of my previous experiences there were bad. The food always tastes soapy to me there. Not nice. We always end up at the Chip Shop or Thai Sky. Both of which are good, but we need a change. I wish Bonnie's Grill would take a reservation for 7 (you can rest assured that we'll be waiting for a LONG time on a Saturday night to get a table there). Plus it has been really loud there the last few times I've been. Still the best wings in NY though.

All suggestions are appreciated.
