good eats in the south bronx?

i know that the outer boroughs posts are mostly queens and brooklyn based, but certainly some of you must eat in the bronx, and i would love your input. i'm working on 161st street, east of yankee stadium, and have been looking for healthy-ish lunchtime eats. my picks so far:

the feeding tree on gerard street, close to the subway and yankee stadium-- chaotic slow service but incredible, spicy, tasty jerk chicken.

the jamaican cart lady on the corner across the street from the criminal court. more for the kindness and warmth and peace that she exudes than the food itself. but there are always veggie options, it's reasonably healthy, and it's great to have homecooked food. i particularly liked her vegetarian curried goat and vegetarian stewed chicken. everybody i work with raves about her banana pudding, a sinful blend of bread pudding, mushed banana, banana pudding and cream.

the grilled chicken salad at the "spanish food" place in the concourse plaza food court. lemon and garlic marinated chicken over salad with tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes- fresh, sweet and flavorful. (the u.s. fried chicken place also has grilled chicken salads, but the chicken is yummier at the food court, if you can withstand plowing by the lines of people waiting for their KFC)

i'd love other thoughts on other yummy, non deep-fried options...
